Benefits of the Alaska Quality Seafood Program are realized by all participants; fishermen, tender operators, buying station crew, processors and buyers.
Fishermen will benefit from hands-on training and instructional materials that will teach them all the steps they need to take to harvest and deliver high-value Program fish. Processors will receive a higher volume of better quality fish, and buyers will be assured of consistency and quality in what they order.
